※ Tickets purchased from the global ticket reservation page are regular paper tickets and available only for pickup on-site. Please claim your ticket at the ticket booth on the day of the concert after verifying your identity and reservation information.
※ On the Show day, ticket sales will be available on remaining seats. The on-site ticket prices will be same as those on the online. (Sales may end early if tickets are sold out.)
* Those who have been certified as Weverse membership during the pre-sale period from January 20th (Mon) to January 21st (Tue) must also proceed with Weverse membership certification separately for pre-sale of additional show.
*To prepare for the additional ticket open, Reservations will be temporarily suspended from 10 a.m. to 7:59 p.m. on Mon., Feb. 3rd. We ask for your understanding as this is to prepare for the opening smoothly.
*In according to announced guidelines for this show, any ticket purchases made through irregular or fraudulent methods (e.g., using macros) will be subject to cancellation. To promote a transparent and fair culture in performances, tickets obtained through fraudulent transactions will be canceled. Please be careful when booking.

| Cancellation | Cancellation fee will be imposed upon cancellation, unless the cancellation is made on the day of your reservation and the reservation fee will not be refundable. Even within 7 days from the reservation, if less than 10 days are left from the show day, an applicable cancellation charge will be imposed. (According to Article 31 in the Terms of Use) 1,000KRW will be imposed for the cancellation fee less than 1,000KRW when revoking your reservation according to the cancellation fee policy. - Within 7 days from the reservation : None - After 8 days from the reservation ~ Before 10 days from the show day : 4,000KRW per ticket (musical, concert, classic etc.) / 2,000KRW per ticket (Theater, Exhibition, Festival ect.) - Before 9 days from the show day ~ Before 7 days from the show day : 10% (of the ticket price) - Before 6 days from the show day ~ Before 3 days from the show day : 20% (of the ticket price) - Before 2 days from the show day ~ Before 1 days form the show day : 30% (of the ticket price) - If you are receiving the refund due to an issue caused by the show itself, additional cancellation fee will not be imposed. |
